We have implemented a number of measures to take care of you – our BOXRAW family; during these challenging and uncertain times.

Our office-based teams are set up for remote working, and our warehouses are subject to daily cleansing. The teams have adopted social distancing and have multiple checkpoints to sanitize their hands at regular intervals throughout the day.

This means that our customer service and operations remain unimpacted. As long as the couriers are coming to collect, we are able to continue to fulfil any orders to your shipping address!

 There may be potential shipping delays that could occur due to COVID-19.

If once your order is delivered and you need to process a return, we’ve extended our Returns policy to 60 days. This allows more time for those who are currently self-isolating, to be able to send an item back.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
