I placed an order using my gift card & now want to return the itemsUpdated a year ago

Our team must receive returns within 30 days of your initial inception. To make a return, follow the steps below:

1. Head over to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address (don’t forget to include “#” before your order number).
3.  Select the items you want to return.
4. Select your return method (Exchange, Store Credit or Refund).
5. Receive your free UK shipping label.
6. Send the items back with your order confirmation sheet (included in the order bag).

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your gift card will be refunded first and you can then use the original code for future orders!
