Returning your items is easy!

Follow these steps:

1. Head over to our returns portal
2. Enter your order number and email address (don’t forget to include “#”)
3. Select the items you want to return
4. Select your return method (Exchange, Store Credit or Refund)
5. Contact our customer support team to receive your free UK shipping label
6. Send the items back with your order confirmation sheet (included in the order bag)

Please note: all items returned must be unworn in the original condition with tags and packaging.

You are not obliged to use the free returns services we offer, but should you choose not to, you will be completely liable for the cost of returning your goods.

Our team must receive returns within 30 days of your initial inception.

Returns can take up to 5-10 working days to process once received.
