Are returns free?Updated a day ago

We offer free returns in the UK within 30 days. We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. To make a return, follow the steps below:

1. Head over to our returns portal.
   • UK customers click here

   • US/ROW customers click here
2. Enter your order number and email address (don’t forget to include “#” before your order number).
3. Select the items you want to return.
4. Select your return method (Exchange, Store Credit or Refund).
5. Send the items back with your order confirmation sheet (included in the order bag).
   
   

Please note: all items returned must be unworn in the original condition with tags and packaging.

 You are not obliged to use our free returns services we offer, but should you choose not to, you will be completely liable for the cost of returning your goods.

Returns must be received by our team within 30 days of your initial inception. Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process once received. An additional 10 working days due to Black Friday Sale. Need to check the status of your return? Simply log onto the returns portal with the order number and email address and see the latest update!
